Processing Times

At The Enda’s Printing & Apparel, we work hard to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Current processing times are always displayed in the announcement banner at the top of our website and may be adjusted during high-volume periods.

DTF & UV DTF Transfers
Orders are typically ready for shipment or local pickup within 1–3 business days after print-ready artwork has been received. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

Finished Products
These items are typically ready for shipment or pickup within 3–7 business days. If any adjustments to this timeline are needed, we will contact you for approval.

Please note that processing time begins after artwork approval or receipt of print-ready files, not at the time the order is placed.

Shipping

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

The day your order is placed is considered Day Zero. Processing begins on the next business day.

Example:
If an order is placed on Thursday, Day One is Friday and Day Two is Monday.

We ship using USPS and UPS.

Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, all shipping-related questions must be directed to the shipping provider.

Please note:

  • We cannot provide additional tracking updates beyond what appears in the carrier tracking system
  • Delivery delays and routing issues are the responsibility of the carrier
  • Transit times are not guaranteed

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect shipping address information entered at checkout
  • Claims of non-delivery when tracking shows the package as delivered

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Enda’s Printing & Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

Please contact your local USPS or UPS office immediately and file a claim.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier.

Orders will not be replaced or refunded unless a new order is placed.

Returns & Order Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you have questions about sizing, artwork requirements, or product compatibility before placing your order, please contact us prior to checkout, and we will be happy to help.

Pressing Responsibility

DTF transfers are a heat-applied product and require proper application using the correct temperature, pressure, and pressing time.

Because application conditions vary by equipment and garment type, The Enda’s Printing & Apparel is not responsible for application errors, including:

  • incorrect temperature
  • incorrect pressure
  • insufficient pressing time
  • peeling issues caused by improper application
  • fabric incompatibility

We recommend testing transfers before pressing bulk garments.

UV DTF Application Disclaimer

UV DTF transfers are permanent adhesive decals designed for hard, smooth surfaces.

They are not intended for:

  • fabric
  • silicone
  • rubber
  • textured surfaces
  • unfinished wood

Proper surface preparation is required before application.

Once applied, UV DTF transfers cannot be removed or repositioned without damage.

Due to the permanent nature of this product, replacements cannot be provided for application mistakes.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed.

Because many items are custom printed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.

If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will always try to help when possible, changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email notification when their order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive this notification.

If you need extended pickup time, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
